On July 1, 2014, new regulations came into effect in Canada regarding "Commercial Electronic Messages". This includes the Travel Deals and Specials newsletters that you have been receiving from FlyForLess.ca.

FlyForLess.ca does not send out unsolicited emails to anybody that does not have an existing business relationship with us.  If you've been receiving our emails, you have either purchased flights or other travel services from us in the past, or have specifically requested to be on our email list.

However, under the new regulations, if it`s been more than a two years since you`ve purchased anything from us, we need to obtain your permission to continue sending emails to you.  During the phase-in period of this legislation, we have until July 1, 2017 to obtain your permission.
