WestJet launches 'moments' advertising campaign

WestJet today announced the launch of a major new advertising campaign depicting true experiences of employees who go above and beyond to assist our guests. The campaign is the next chapter in WestJet's award-winning owner's campaign launched in 2005. The campaign focuses on WestJet's caring culture and guest experience, and is centred around a series of heartwarming commercials based on kudos submitted by guests. The commercials feature West Jet employees who displayed extraordinary moments of caring toward guests. 'Every year we receive thousands of emails and letters from our guests telling us how WestJetters went out of their way to make their experience extra-special,' said Lauri Feser, WestJet Vice-President, Marketing. 'I am especially proud of this campaign because it's all about our WestJetters who bring their caring attitude to work every day.' The campaign consists of several commercials that will air on national television and in movies theatres across Canada, as well as online, digital and print advertising.
